Notice of Amendment to Council Procedural Bylaw No. 2020-29

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Council of the Township of Cramahe will be considering the amendment of the Council Procedural Bylaw No. 2020-29, as amended. The draft by-law will be included for discussion at the Committee of the Whole meeting on November 9, 2021, and then moved forward for adoption at the Council meeting on November 16, 2021. Some “house-keeping”, revisions and procedural corrections of the current version are necessary.

Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 stipulates that every municipality and local board is required to pass a procedural by-law governing the calling, place, and proceedings of meetings.
